一、 Basic information of construction projects
Project Name: Jiangxi Golden Triangle Ceramics Co., Ltd. introduces an intelligent ceramic rock natural gas production line with an annual production capacity of 10.56 million square meters from Italy
Project Overview: The project belongs to a technical renovation project with a total investment of 100 million yuan, located in the industrial community of Yangwei Town, Gao'an City, Jiangxi Province. The existing project has obtained environmental impact assessment and acceptance approval. The total area of the project is 230 acres, and the current construction scale is 22.56 million square meters of building ceramics per year, including 2 antique brick production lines with an annual output of 10.56 million square meters and 2 polished brick production lines with an annual output of 12 million square meters. This technical renovation is aimed at two existing antique brick production lines with an annual output of 10.56 million square meters. The existing two antique brick production line firing lines will be phased out and transformed into two intelligent ceramic rock slab firing lines with a total output of 6 million square meters; Two new 4.56 million m2 intelligent super large ceramic rock plate firing lines, spray drying towers and other equipment, as well as water, electricity, material transmission systems, waste water and waste gas treatment systems, environmental protection, fire protection and other facilities were added. In design and production, we adhere to the use of advanced processes, advanced equipment, and advanced technologies. Through the automation control of the entire production process and the rational allocation and reuse of resources and energy, we achieve the goal of high precision, zero error, energy conservation, consumption reduction, and efficiency enhancement, and achieve the goal of a clean production factory that coordinates lean and environmental benefits. After the technical renovation, the production capacity scale of the project remains unchanged, and the existing two gas generators will be phased out.
The project has an annual working time of 300 days and an additional workforce of 230 people.
